They are Liar...
They will talk to u that I am coming to delivery but will not come,after some time they will not pick ur call.At last they will switch off mobile...
Behaviour is very crazy...
They do not know anything,totally knowledgeless...
Once I exchanged my old mobile.Back cover of my mobile was stain,Unfortunately pick up boy says me that Mobile is damaged.
I went to office,they also talk the same.I have shown them T&C. After many time they captured my mobile photo and sent someone.That person told to the office to pick up mobile.
At last after a huge problem I got exchange.
They are Totally out of General Knowledge.

They don't receive phone calls. All contact no is fake.
