★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service imaginable. Very inefficient & unprofessional. Held my parcel with them for 14 days and made no attempt to deliver or contact me. They are not available to contact either. Now my parcels have been sent back to shipper. Pray none of your shopping gets shipped through this company.

Edit: found the Ecom office beside New Jagadeesh hospital, opposite lady apmthil school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Worst service Don't prefer machilipatnam Ecom Express courier services. I am lost my money and it's waste of my time,almost 8 days parcel at the delivery center. Still I am not getting the parcel. the delivery boy also very worst person, he is not came to my home and did not contact me but mentioned as my house was locked and my parcel was send back to office. Machillipatnam Ecom Express company service is very bad.???
