i ordered a parcel. the delivery boy just didn't want to come my adress. i told him to come tomorrow but he refuse.also he asked me to go their office to get the parcel. and his behavior is so rude.

in my tracking order it shows my product is arriving today & out for delivery by ecom express but till now there is no phone call or anything from ecom express. if you don't wanna deliver the product today then why there is showing that 'arriving today & out for delivery'.
also there is no contact number provided from ecom express. just worst experience ever.
