★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely pathetic experience, the delivery boy didn't even call me and i got the mail from amazon to make change in the address. when i visited the office of ecom express the supervisor at the spot even suggested not to expect delivery as goods are sometimes lost , absolutely unprofessional behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ecom express is always better than other courier services. There is not any sign to recognize the office. I suggest Ecom to atleast kindly put a small board so that people can find it easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SORRY YOU CAN'T VISIT HERE BECAUSE THIS IS A PERSONAL SHOP WHICH CONTAIN THE ONLINE PRODUCTS LIKE PAYTM, FLIPKART, AMAZON PACKAGES. ONLY THE SELLER CAN VISIT HERE NO ANY ANOTHER ELSE HAVE PERMISSION TO VIST THIS SHOP. BUT IF YOU ORDERD ANY PRODUCTS FROM ONLINE SOURCES AND YOU WANT IT BEFORE THE SELLER GIVES YOU AT HOME ONLY THEN YOU MAY ABLE TO VISIT THIS PLACE.

I just want to know where is my package and to whom did they deliver my package? I have complained but they asked me to wait for 72 hours!!!! I just don't want to loose my money at any cost, pls help me to get my order ?????
