One of my customer suppose to receive order from this location courier service but product was not delivered instead the delivery boy documented customer refused to take within 1 hour from the time he left out the office to deliver which is a nonsense as the customer said she didn't receive any call at all from courier. So how it is possible to document within an hour that customer refused if its clear the fault is on the delivery side.
