★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for my order delivery for the last 3 days. My shipment is at their delivery center but no update in last 3 days. We are in an era where a consignment can reach Gurgaon from Mumbai overnight but logistics like Ecom take more than 3 days to deliver it in with in city. Also they dont have any direct call center where you can discuss with executive. Worst service ever encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SELLER IS GOOD. BUT SERVICE OF ECOM EXPRESS (PERAMBRA, CALICUT) IS VERY BAD. THEY RETURNED PRODUCT WITHOUT EVEN A SECND TRY.
Customers cannot contact Ecom Express at perambra (calicut district) through PHONE. They are simply messaging 'customer is not available' for all cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular centre of e com express is fraud. They are doing fraud not only with PayTm mall but also with PayTm seller. If you are selling on PayTm then pls verify each and every order shipping charge, yeh company be 250 grams k packet ko 501 gram ka bna ke 1KG k hisab se shipping lgati hai. Sale sare badve hai iss company mai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service, Delivery man was extremely rude,came to deliver without giving call or prior intimation by calling at the time of delivery and came all of sudden and started argument when asked about not informed before delivery.This a serious Security issue as Customer is not informed before delivery at his place so that he or she be available or to be prepared in advance to receive the parcels.
Amazon.in company gave delivery time on 19 December and Delivery man came unexpectedly on 12 December at 3 pm noon without calling and then arguing that we won't call you,it's not our ECom Company Customer Policy to call before delivery and reach unexpectedly at address whether customer is there or not. I tried to talk to Senior staff of ECom Express Bhayinder Branch,who even arguing that why we call you or anyone,we don't have time to call and it's your problem, he told whomsoever you complaint nothing will happen,we will work like this only and you don't take delivery if you want us to call you as won't work this way at all. This is ridiculous to how and why ECom Express don't want to inform customers about their delivery of parcel just before delivery.God knows what kind of Customer care Policy is made by this ECom Express that in this Era of Free Mobile calling Plans what's the motive for not informing the Customer.

My 3 courier baggage for domestic delivery are with ECOMM Express courier 1 baggage since 1 month, 1 baggage since 10 days and 1 baggage since 4 days. No idea of where they are. Delivery boy standing in front of my office gate and calling me i am at your office reception please collect your packet. Once i reached there the delivery boy has gone in just 1 min gap and i got message undelivered due to untraceable location. Whaat!!! Please stop these service. and hire some good people who can't ruin your business. AND MOST IMPORTANT there is no option to connect with your office. Phone always busy. Shitt!

Ordered mobile online, delivery boy informed that he is coming and I waited for 1 hr but he did not come...I tried to call him but call was redirected to ivrs... next day same story... status they updated in portal saying Attempted to deliver but could and contact you. Reach out to Amazon for further step...
This unethical and irresponsible behavior is shameful.
They do not care about your money, goods, emotions and times.
Zero customer satisfaction, even negative.
