It planned & organised an amazing 7 day Golden triangle & Amritsar trip for my family of 4 that included my 79-year-old mother. Not only were they prompt in responding to any inquiries leading up to the trip, but they also made it a point to check in with us throughout the 7 days to ensure things were running smooth. They were flexible in their proposed itinerary to cater to our pace & our interests. They arranged for licensed knowledgeable friendly tour guides at every destination who gave us fascinating elements of information and discovery regarding the techniques & strategies used in those ancient times as well as helpful, trustworthy drivers that greeted us at the airport of each destination. As per our request, they arranged for a wheelchair wherever possible to ensure my mother could fully participate in the experience. The tour guides assisted us in taking great family photographs.
A couple of things to be aware of: 1) While breakfast is included with the hotel booking & your guide will steer you to a good restaurant along the way for lunch, you will be left to fend for yourself for most dinners. Of course, eating in your hotel's restaurant is always an option. 2) At almost every destination towards the end, some of our guides took us to stores where the vendors demonstrated the work behind some beautiful Indian artistry. Just know that there is a sales pitch coming at you afterwards. We liked having the option of buying things we really liked, but we also weren’t afraid to say no & walk out empty handed in others.
Overall, we loved the experience & really appreciated how well it was organised. We thoroughly enjoyed all the people we were introduced to along the way. We recommend Ecstatic India Tours.
