★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick up and drop down points for various private inter-state bus operators such as VRL, Orange Travels, SRS Travels, etc. There is no cover or seating arrangement so if it is raining then you need to find cover nearby. Also, it is a muddy ground if it is raining. This ground is next to the Panjim Bus stand, Pre-paid taxi and auto stand. As soon as you get down from your bus, you will be surrounded by agents trying to get you to rent you car, bikes, scooties, etc. If you are trying to book a taxi then these agents will charge minimum Rs 400-500 (off-season) for Baga beach, Candolim, Calangute beach. If you want authorised taxi then you need to walk 200-300 metres to the pre-paid taxi stand and the exact area prices are written on the board next to the booking counter. Baga beach is Rs 513, etc. (don't remember rest of the prices). There is an auto stand opposite to the pre-paid taxi stand, generally it is Rs 50 cheaper than taxi.

Cab drivers try to extort money from tourists.
