★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite popular in the western part of HE. However, the reason of popularity amongst residents looks mysterious. Things are pretty pricy here. Very narrow lanes to pass through, costlier items, average quality stuff that you could get outside at reasonable price. One might pay more there for a good air conditioning during the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude Staff who don’t have basic manners as how to talk with Customers who have come to store to exchange goods or have a genuine concern.
Had a bad experience today at Eden Supermarket (Hiranandani Estate - Crown building) in the morning when i went to exchange food item which was already torn when delivered via home delivery.
The staff who exchanges goods if damaged or torn doesn’t have basic manners to talk to customers and the store manager of the store defended the rude staff person and said he owns Eden Supermarket.
Really bad experience at Eden Supermarket this morning. I hope the Actual owner and Management of Eden Supermarket reads this review and takes action against their staff. Do contact me to point out the exact persons in the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here multiple times for regular groceries. It is the saviour for most of the people nearby. It has all the essential products available with intermittent offers going on. Staff is generous and helpful. Parking is also sufficient. Overall, good place to cover up your groceries.
