I have made complain against the refund purpose in Government of India Ministry of Consumer Affairs Department of Consumer Affairs my Grievance No – 3208792 and 3013324 dt. 08-01-2022
I have booked Apartment No. F1-201 on 24.09.2017 with Eden Real Estates (P) Ltd. , 9B, Wood
Street, 3rd Floor, West Wing, Kolkata-700016 vide Cheque No. 996781 dated 24.09.2017 drawn on Punjab National Bank for Rs. 56000/-.
Due to financial crisis and serious ailment of my wife, I could not pay the balance instalments and requested Eden Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. Vide my letter dated 8th March 2021 to cancel the above flat and refund the application money as per rule. Please note that as per their allotment letter dt. 09.01.2018 they should refund me Rs. 35000/- (Rs. 56000/- less Rs. 15000/- and Rs. 6000/- for GST)
They have deducted the entire amount as cancellation charge vide their letter 13.08.2021.
It is gross negligence and they should immediately refund the application money as per terms and conditions of their allotment letter.
