★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eden Tolly Lakeside is a residential township and is inhabited by good genre of people. There is a rational mix of young and old, generally a very healthy and jovial set-up.
The commute to Tollygunge metro is through your own vehicle, autos or buses. Unfortunately, the roads are narrow and bazaars make it challenging to overcome the jams.
Otherwise, the place is good...well connected to Behala & Joka.
Construction Quality of the flats needs to be checked. Maybe Good but cant comment by the external appearence.Maintenance team seems to be struggling due to obvious common reasons.
No dearth of eateries and markets nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakwas,very poor construction,waterlogging in main entrance ,narrow road, heavy traffic and regular jam, street light not operating,heavy mosquito problem,no maintenance , open space also sold as parking as no sufficient space to organise any event like Durga Puja, very small commnunity hall keeping into mind no of occupants,heavy termite and damp problem ,cracked outer and inner walls of rooms,roofs leaking, drainage system defunct ,water pipes leaking ,water tapes not working properly.
