The problem is with the owner lady of the place. She has put her own review here.
The school is functioning only because of the younger teacher Suruchi Ma'am and Kids are fond of her. Otherwise, owner lady doesn't know how to speak professionally to parents. We got to know from our kid that she is rarely present in the school.
It was difficult to have a conversation with her. She was insistent on talking in English although she was visibly uncomfortable.
We got our kid out in time because even other parents were saying similar things about her.
