No ethics, no communication skill , the representatives taking payment follow up act like the own the loaner . Very poor service. Used coarse language. I recommend that no one should apply for loan here. The seniors also didn't take responsible actions.

Dispersal of loan without any Intimation,, No proper response, for the first two they called from EDUVANZ then they are calling from FULLERTON FINANCE. Don't know wats going on with them.... Still now didn't get clear information... ???

I already gave my review but now suddenly that review has been deleted . I'm thinking to give a negative star but minimum i can give is one star. Services are really poor and communication from eduvanz is really poor they will assist you till the disbursment and after that no response My Loan application number is (A220326456) I asked Pooja Jadhav (Eduanz executive) to hold my disbursment till 5-4-2022 to avoid the Pre EMI charges and clear instructions were given to her that without my Mail confirmation there should not be any disbursement. But on 30-3-2022 I received a mail that my disbursement was already done . On asking the executive with whose permission disbursement was done she answered me that Institute gave the confirmation to disburse the loan . @Eduvanz team why should I pay extra EMI why should I bare the charges when mistake was done by your own employee. Your employee has admitted her mistake on WhatsApp conversation but why I should bare the loss

Unprofessional, no communication manners, rowdy staff. 1.My application A190723058 is closed Still they are calling from different numbers I have told them, email them regarding this still they are keep harassing me and my father and use Abusing language. 2. Every time they call amount is different As I mentioned I have cleared all their loan. 3. Think 100 times before you get a loan from them. Worst experienced, worst service, No ethics

Worst people. How can you give loans on my name without my consent. No response from you people. I did not apply for loan, how can you give loan without the consent of the person. Worst people, worst management, no proper response. Myfirstxp is the company who took loan on my name. I did not take loan. Please cancel the process.

Very Very Disappointing & Pathetic Service My Loan number is (A220326456) I was in touch with Pooja Jadhav from eduvanz team and already instructed her not to disburse the loan without my mail confirmation as they were charging me Pre-EMI on disbursal on 30-03-2022 i called pooja and asked her to share the loan sanction letter with me and told her loan should be disbursed on 5-4-2022 to avoid the Pre EMI CHARGES in response she agreed to do so . On 31-03-2022 I received mail for disbursal after that I tried calling her several times but there was no response from her end so I messaged her on WhatsApp and I got a very silly response from her end to my question that SAP institute allowed her to make the payment . My question is how you can disburse the loan without my confirmation ??????????? Eduvanz team I'm not going to pay any extra charges because of your employees mistake I have not received Any mail revert on my complaint no 69693.

Hlo Eduvanz, my loan application ID is A220205979 applied without my consent, I am begging you to kindly cancel my application... As soon as possible. The myfirst xp hasn't informed me before they are going to apply for the loan on my name. Kindly respond to my emails calls and messages. You should have some responce towards the customers

To be honest, it will be a bad experience for the people who want to connect with customer care. Feedback to make it good and people can connect. Coming to my part I took loan and made a pre closure but the merchant which is Eduvanz did not receive it and i made the payment by internet banking. And it was more than 10 days Eduvanz did not received the money, Eduvanz asked me for bank statement and sbi customer care confirmation for sending the amount for which i did. And i think people know it takes time related to bank and company which goes something inside. Where i was really frustrated and scared because the loan amount was more than a lac and then i got connected to Kiran who is a manager at Eduvanz. I really appreciate for his support and help . He was in touch with me all the time, he told me, why is it getting delayed and the reason. I was having only one hope with him, where he really helped me and closed the loan and gave me NDC as soon as possible. He should get a good hike and promotion by Eduvanz for making customer really happy. Thanks, Kiran once again.
