★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheaters. They will cut ur security deposit without letting u know.As they think they are owning the roads. And cut 200rs every time ur car crosses 80km/h speed. And they will not tell u when you get the car from them. When I call them they were so mean and cut the phone. Never book with these cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my third booking, it just like cheated, no insurance copy in the car. While asked for same , was provided a filled proposal form in some others name.
The proprietor didn't bother to hv a word for the inconvenience.
So guys chk everything before proceeding.

It’s about to 1month return of vehicle, still they didn’t return the security money.
When I call them they give some unnecessary excuses like dent nd scratches etc etc on the car or charges they cut from the security money.
After the 20 days of car drop, they told me there are some scratches Nd dent on the vehicle.! ??
Bhai 20 din k baad bologe koi aur leke kch Kia hoga meine kya dekha.!
Gaadi agar 6hour k baad return Kia to kya ek saath 4000 kaat dogge.!
Seriously I made a big mistake ????
Galti ho gya ap logon sse car leke.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken XUV 500 recently from Eduxon when I reached to receive the vehicle it was dirty, I feel I am into a government bus, but is totally not cleaned, the delivery boy then cleaned the interior mats and after then I took the car. If Edoxon can't provide with clean car then you should provide 300 inr to customer so that they can clean it outside, then I feel AC is not working, clutch plate and vehicle making sound, the xuv is totally not in good condition.
I agree Edoxon provides cab in less price as compared to other self car drive providers, but they don't maintain the vehicle neither they inform customer about the vechile bad condition, only they need is money and finally customer has to make the trip with wired vechile.
I suggest to keep informing what's working and not working in the vechile 24 hrs before ( like in case of cancellation) , otherwise customer will look for other option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pathetic experience with self drive month Ago.I was told 1 hour before a 1day trip and that the vehicle has a 80km/hr (!!!) speed governor in place. self drive effectively ruined my long planned 3 day trip.
Eduxon tells me its a government mandated speed limit, and that 75% of their vehicles do NOT have the governor in place yet (as incongruous as that sounds!), but that if you are unluckly to get one allotted that does have the governor then they cannot do anything about it (unless they happen to have a spare vehicle without the governor in the same location)
If indeed it is a government directive, then they should have been stated this clearly at booking. (speed limit stated at booking was 125 km/hr). - I would never have booked a 80km/hr vehicle - its like travelling in an autorickshaw on the GQ!
I have claimed to refund security mo
ney 3000rs and I still fighting with them for a full refund - they are resisting a full refund currently. Let's see how that goes. I’m gonna claim through complain Odisha Human Rights Commissions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given negative rating but 1 star now given their fradulent nature! We returned the car and still waiting to receive our security deposit of 2,000 Rs. While handing over the car they did not breif about speed limit of 80km/hr too and then called us on the way stating the same. Now THEY ARE IGNORING OUR CALLS AND NOT ANSWERING. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK here and go to big companies like ZOOM etc atleast you won't be CHEATED! This is the reason that LOCALS can never grow as they cannot leave thir cheap attitude behind!
