★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only need money that's it very delay process, you don't know when they will shift there office and even there contact number goes out of service.
On the name of refund they will not give you anything. They signed the contract so that could save themselves from refunding the money. My case 19 the June 2019. No single amount refunded.
Better you do it online by yourself. I visited office yesterday it was closed with no board sign nothing was there to identify there office. There mobile phones temporary out of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely poor service. If there was zero or half rating, I'd give that. Post payment services are extensively slow, major lack of communication at every stage. As a customer, I asked their services for Canadian PR and after wasting two years (2016-2018) and hard earned money, they ended up confirming that all they do is wait for Express Entry score to come down. They confirmed they do not apply for provincial nominations, which for visa consultancy is absolutely pathetic.
Any individual can handle express entry themselves and don't majorly need consultancy except few instances. Also, they never assisted me in different ways to increase my score as well. I ended up doing that myself only to realise I missed one major opportunity to get a PR, just coz Egress couldn't do their basic job (assist in improving or increasing my score).
Obviously I couldn't continue with such low quality consultancy (if that's they call themselves) and had to withdraw my application with obviously zero expectations of refund, coz hey, "I signed an agreement".
I have never been duped so much and never seen such poor services. If anyone has any questions or wants to know the details for my rating, feel free to drop a msg/response.
