★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality workmanship and service. Bought a dining table which now was complete waste, they are not willing to change. The table surface and glass top has a huge gap! Mr Satender is a good salesman so don't let him fool you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor product and workmanship! Nails coming out of a brand new chair. The support wood on the bottom sides of chairs are broken in pieces and are held by nails and screws which are also not rightly placed and are coming out which as per them is not an issue (HYSTERICAL!!!!). So called solid sheesham wood dining table has cracks (seems like during manufacturing itself) which they might had filled up, polished and made a fool out of their customer. Now the cracks are again opening on the table and are quite noticeable.
After sales service is extremely bad. You keep calling them and they don't even bother to answer your calls. Most of the times either of the owners are travelling or not available or their workers (which is by the way only like 1 or 2) are unwell leading the customer to keep following up for their product servicing. Very bad customer service experienced. Highly unprofessional owners!! When you call them to check for your product being serviced or not, they always have an excuse. Had been following up for 15 days!! Will not recommend to anyone. And still if you are willing to buy their product, I will strongly suggest you to check the product properly from top to bottom before buying anything and just forget about the after sales service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever buy any furniture from them. Mr Satendra initially talks very sweetly and giving sugary coated promises. Later on they dawn care to even pick up your calls. Even if you visit their shop they will deal as if they have never met with you.
I bought dining table chairs which wihin few days the polish of chairs came out leaving scars and poor material quality. Just within 2 weeks.
Never ever come in trap of Mr Satendra.
Overall fake promises and poor quality material. Never bother to pick your call and nor rectify your issue.
