★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U have purchased a 7 seater sofa and center table from Indirapuram store. Worse quality and the manager told me that he will do the needful and repair the product. And after this he is not taking my calls and no response from there company also. They only sell there faulty products and never respond after that. Froud company.
I wish i can give negetive star here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have purchased 7 seater sofa set from Noida store and from very beginning it was creating problems but their salesman Sarvesh assured me he will rectified it, in less than a year it was repaired 3-4 times ( as confirmed by them) now again facing the same problem, when approached for refund now Sarvesh is saying 'aap ussey Jaan bujh kar kharab kar rahe ho' I have this in a message received from him. Now I am approaching Consumer Forum for refund because e-mail address mentioned in bill approched since last one week with no response

We brought 6 seater sofa from them and at time of buy, they commit to deliver the best product that too with 5 years warranty however they delivered worst quality product we are trying to reach them to repair it but no once picking the call the manager told me that he will do the needful and repair the product. And after this he is not taking my calls and no response from there company also. They only sell their faulty products and never respond after that.
So avoid to buy anything from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve 1 star for their fake commitments and poorest quality material. They are good in only one thing especially the owner Satyendra Dube, who sits in the Indirapuram store and that is to squeeze money out of the pocket of the customer. When you visit him he speaks all good and promising stuff but once they deliver the product the worst nightmare starts. And when you reach out to him and confront he will become defensive and takes the discussion to an unnecessary end. It's been hardly 5 months since I got a 7 seater sofa. From day one it has got problems. The foam and fabric have become loose within a moderate use of a month. Lost money, mental piece. Whenever I sit on it, it reminds me of my worst decision of visiting his pathetic store.
