the only problem I face was finding the office. There were no sign board in the building. The office was at 3rd floor but not mentioned in the address. For other visitors-> Go to the third floor and find the brown gate right of you.

β β β β β Truly the most unprofessional customer service. After receiving my order, I tried calling them many times regarding some errors in the printing. Nobody answered my call. I then emailed their customer service, and received no response until a month later. They told me that I would have to pay to receive replacements of my order. I found this surprising because the error was on their part. Uploading photos to show how different the colors on the prints came out. Can't even see the face on some of the ID cards I got printed. Would definitely not recommend using their services.
