★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful organization working to empower underprivileged youth through education, and underprivileged women through vocational training. The women make a diverse range of beautiful things that can be purchased to continue supporting the beautiful work they’re doing. In addition to the education they provide to their full time students at this location, they provide part time education to children in different slums through a remote classroom on wheels. Very cool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ◾Lack of professionalism and inhumane behavior towards the teachers. They preach others about everything but they themselves fail to perform that. Fie!
◾Unstructured classroom. It becomes really difficult to take classes, 3 sections in just one room and 3 teachers teaching simultaneously.
◾ Low salary & too much of work pressure. By paying 5-7K they expect to get the work done perfectly without errors. They just want their deadline to be met despite anyone having their personal health issues. I feel they themselves are apt to work here( which they don't do) & run the organization. Also they're working hard & want to make the organization come up to the level of Oxford University. Holding degrees and qualifications and not knowing how to follow the holistic pattern of teaching is a shame. Members of the organization 'must' be taught how to be polite and genteel with people.
Rest, work here to experience everything.
