★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic customer service. They will take the money and no sense of responsibility towards customer. The leadership is very very arrogant, non co operative and will intimidate you if you complain about their poor service. No timeline respected. When you follow up and talk to them (except few of the employees), most of them are rude and arrogant. The director Krishan Kamboj himself is very arrogant and rude. Prem Kamboj the manager is also non-co operative. If you complain about their poor service, the director himself will intervene and instead of listening and resolving to customer's problem, he will just boast about himself and cross the line of decency and intimidate you. They are channel partners of TATA and that is the only reason to tolerate them because if you prefer TATA Solar panels, then you have no choice but to tolerate their non-sense behaviour.
