★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place Ekartlogistics(flipkart delivery partner), they don't know how to behave with the customer, they just make customers fool and not well educated, also they don't want to understand any customer's concern. Poor experience I would give 0 stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Nd froud service provider. They didnt call u when your parcel will come nd if u will call them so they will tell u i was there but u was not available. And then they will cancel your product without informing you. Really very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick up person prashant behaviour is very bad. Didnot received call even switch off there mobile, not answering my call, he is come for shipment pick-up daily ,today we have 11 parcels he picked only 7 and left 4 parcels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ekart hub. Employees here are very rude and abusive. Especially Mr. Bhupendra Singh very very abusive. Doesn't know how to deal with the customers.
He should be immediately terminated or else he'll keep degrading the image of Ekart which they have built with such hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was ready to pick up the parcel from the facility but no one corporated even a bit. The delivery guy called at 5 saying he will deliver the parcel by 6pm. Now due to the lockdown he said the parcel couldn't be delivered, He could have said this earlier or that time he called. I needed the parcel as it was a gift for my father. He didn't even called that the parcel couldn't be delivered .He should have said this earlier so I could make arrangements for it. I even said that I will pickup the parcel but no one corporated even for few minutes.
This is the worst ,most disgusting professional behaviour by ekart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, ordered baby walker through flipkart, showing status of delivey rescheduling due to unsuccessful delivery, one time some guy called at night and told delivery delayed and will deliver goods next day, after that there no response.
Better to wind up than cheating customers
