They are totally play with flipkart customer as well as other customers. Without any reason they hold my item since 4 days. When they want they come out for deliver, is this good service ? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst return pick up..... It's been abt a month n so many times the delivery person named Suraj Kumar, cancelled my return on his own without attempting any pick up... I hv contacted flipkart n the only thing they do is say sorry n extend the pick up date... My hard earned money is blocked now as even today the courier person has neither called nor attempted pick up... Ridiculous !
