★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service because I always order stuff from Flipkart. And the stuff is delivered by ekart. They need to learn a lot. Their delivery time, a schedule is all a complete messy system. Once I had ordered a gift for my friend. I was aware that this might take time. So I had ordered 10 days ago. Still, they managed to deliver it late. They gave the explanation about the product getting misplaced and getting to another location and what not.
They do not mention their phone number. hence you cannot call the delivery person. They come too late. I mostly order at office address. They literally threaten us that come in 5 minutes else we will leave. We have to walk outside of our premises to get it.

very funny he told me petrol rates very high i will not come ,i told him i will give the contemplate about u he told me no problem this is not my peppermint job i will search another job.in this service not commented employees.i hate this service .flip kart plz change this logistics.so many customers suffering this worrest service .
