★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekatvam yoga classes are hands down the best yoga classes! The one thing I love about Ekta miss is her dedication and knowledge about yoga. She communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable and an active part of it. She encourages all the students to do better and this has helped me a lot. I never imagined to be able to do what she helped me learn and practice. The one hour in a day I spent doing yoga with Ekta miss was the best hour of my day. I got everything I needed, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. I always thought that my body is not made for yoga, too stiff, but Ekta miss patiently worked with me to help me relax and make sure I did the yoga poses correctly. I’ve been practicing yoga with Ekta miss for a year now and I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body, I gained so much flexibility and strength! I highly recommend ekatvam yoga classes to everyone , so that many people can benefit from it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekta ma'am she is the best Yoga instructor in Vile Parle. The style n technique of teaching Yoga is very nice and the instructions given by her are very clear and easy to understand. She motivates alot and she shares lot of knowledge about the yoga aasana. Her yoga sessions are very nice. I m experiencing change in my life and body after joining Ekatvam yoga classes .
