★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekaya has the most exclusive collection of silk, banarasi sarees! They definitely have authentic material with variety of options for everybody! The staff plays a major role in satisfying the customer. Mr. Sanjeev is an excellent staff member who with all the patience & politeness dealt with me & helped me choose various sarees & duppattas online, without having to worry about quality. I think i would again choose Ekaaya because of Mr. Sanjeev's dealing with a smile & patience.

Also, their customer service is really the best! Their delivery time was close to two weeks however I received my saree way before that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a saree from Ekaya Delhi via virtual shopping. I have shopped at the Hyderabad store before but never purchased virtually so I was extremely nervous. I had a blouse stitched with them as well so double nervous. I needed a rush order due to an upcoming event. It was truly an incredible shopping experience. The item arrived a few days before the date I had requested which was wonderful. It was in beautiful packaging with a garment carrier as well. I love sarees but hate purchasing them due to never being able to get properly stitched blouses. I have worked with so many tailors, even having them see me in person and take measurements themselves and it’s still terrible. With Ekaya, I sent the measurements myself using a random template I found online. The blouse fit perfectly. The quality of the saree was incredible and just all around a great experience. They have great customer service and just wonderful sales associates. I will certainly be shopping with there frequently, virtually and hopefully soon in person.

a sari purchase-the coordination was done virtually and the fitting was perfect! Their fall and finishing on the sari was so beautifully done in a coordinating fabric to my sari…its all about the details! Great customer service, too-very helpful and responsive! Will never hesitate to purchase from the best!
