The historic city of Ahmedabad was founded in the surge of Islamic conquests that had swept through India. It was established in 1411 AD by a noble, Ahmed Shah, who had rebelled against his overlords in Delhi. The new rulers of Gujarat, keen on stablishing their superiority in the material realm, had undertaken a frenzied program of building activities in their new capital of Ahmedabad. Their model was the impressive Hindu architecture of the previous centuries which they wanted to outshine. The result, after one and a half centuries, was the ‘Sultanate Architecture’ of Ahmedabad, considered a high point of world architectural heritage. This architecture along with the Jain, Swaminarayan and Hindu temples of the city is a veritable safari of monumental architecture which attracts lovers of beauty from across the world to the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going every morning for the past 6 years for my morning walk. This is a nice big sport complex with facilities for cricket,football , skating,basketball,tennis , TT and indoor gym. There are a lot of activities for kids and adults and they have also introduced unique activities like boxing, yoga , air rifle etc. There is separate parking for cars and bikes and open lawn area for stretching and Yoga.Some weeks back AMC sprayed mosquito repellent and staff are regulary maintaining trees and watering the lawns.One can walk the complete academy which is about 1.7 km and a mini red mud track of less than 1 km.There is also a swimming pool with diving boards and arena style seating arrangement poolside.Physiotherapy center is also located behind the pool building.I just wish that people would maintain the are an stop littering. There are numerous dustbins around the academy but seldom used by the public which is sad. The entire academy has its mix of greenery and lots of people visit this place in the early morning.An ideal place for Sr citizens , kids ,family and all alike. The gym is also affordable at Rs 800 per month ( pls verify ). Mind you that registrations for the monthly activities take a long time as there is a long queue during peak seasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has many sports,(cricket coching, skating, Volleyball, Swimming, Table. tennis, Law tennis, Gym, Boxing, Football)
The coching generally start on 1 day of the Month.
I would recommend if you are looking for sports coching specific swimming, Tennis and skating.

It has multiple sports like Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Cricket, Karate, Chess, Swimming, Football, Skating, Vollyball, and now even Badminton starting there.
So it's best for this sports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place for getting healthiness with some short of exercise, mind power, and perseverance. All kind of sports equipment’s available here with absolute surveillance of superior and extra taking care of beginner. To get to bottom of, the eklavya is good enough in swimming pool, cricket. People are getting here for a morning walk and also an evening. The bracket age of 40 to 70 are gathering here for a while also in evening....

Little maintenance needs to be done, but it is ideal for good jogging and an evening stroll.
