Located at roughly half km from Tilaknagar station and lesser distance from LTT, it is suitably located for daily amenities with Noble Medicals in the immediate next building which is 24*7 service, vegetable vendor, diary vendor, ayurved stall, salon, maternity care, grocery everything available at the ground floor of the building itself or the building next to it or near to it. Parking space available for 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers but the space for same might not be adequate if everyone is to park in the building compound itself. So, Lane parking comes to the rescue. For people interested in early morning jogging, evening jogging, people with kids, Sahyadri ground is just 100 metres from the building. There are 3-4 ATMs just 100 metres from the building.
