★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent, spacious gym with separate rooms for free weights, cardio, machines and crossfit. Provides both hot and cold water and has shower rooms with sauna though not currently functional due to covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When is the gym going to open. Whom should we contact for update. I joined the gym in the month of Feb 2022 and it got closed in March 2022. I was not informed about the renovation. I feel cheated I want refund please help me if somebody’s knows the contact of person gym. The number given earlier is coming switched off since March

As a member here are a few observations:
1.If it was renovation or maintenance of the machines, you could have done it in phases; shutting down a section for a while and working on it. Why shut down the entire gym?
2. Please communicate to the members, the reopening date of the gym. This is a basic trust building activity you should take up immediately. Just saying that the membership will be extended will not be enough.
3. Can you please show us some guidelines of the gym or contract where members have agreed to a NO REFUND POLICY?
I don't speak for all your other members, but I will be approaching the Consumer forum with my queries.
