The property is designed very tastefully keeping in mind the daily comforts along with great utilization of space, giving a feel of openness yet a cozy apartment. The staff is very courteous and highly professional. The additional amenities like pools, gym, basketball court etc. to name a few are a huge plus. Overall this is a great value for money house.

But more then their A+ class building quality, A+ Interiors & A+ Location, I like their Management & Staff which has been excellent. They have shown their best support and commitment towards me as a customer.
Due to my personal reasons I had to back off my plan of buying, the decision which still has a weight on my chest, inspite of long dues of payment, the builder principle never deducted my single penny of earnest money as he evaluated my case to be genuine. Not only he returned my money back, he gave it with utmost respect even after losing one customer, nevertheless I could imagine that he would extend his support for me.
I am very grateful to them and I am sure people who are going to be residents of this heavenly adobe will always be grateful for the decision they have made.
You don’t just buy bricks and stones at El Spazia, you become a part of community which has tons of integrity, honesty and belief of making things the best.

Never ever I felt so welcome. I have been to many housing projects, and only they followed covid protocols and only they provided with safety material to visit project site. Tells a lot about their mindset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most quality concious and transparent builder of the region. First time we met a builder who is a post graduate in civil engineering doing his construction work with passion and trust.
We booked a 3BHK but could not continue the booking due to some financial underplanning.
We came clean to the builder and to our surprise they returned the earnest money on the same day without any deductions.
It's was a shock for us.
El Spazia is a must recommended property for those looking for quality, transparency and value for money.
