β β β β β Beautiful place to enjoy a evening with family or on a date. Would be at expensive end and only issue is with prior bookings that needs to be done with dine out or some other apps. You must book in advance otherwise it will be waitlisted and even if restaurant has seats they will tell you that due to full booking you cannot get a table there

β β β β β The food is fab, staff is amazing and courteous, If you wish to treat yourself with some amazing food, Elan is the place for you.
I stayed at the hotel for two days and breakfast was complementary. I'd rate it five for the overall experience.

so today i went to elan and i made my plan in last minute i was scrolling on google best dining restaurants and i found this one and when i saw the images i was under the impression that i will have a very nice time so i went ahead and booked the table over the call ..
Well i got my table outdoor and honestly I didnβt like the vibe it was totally dull and dead place no lights no music no candles no welcoming gestures or smiles it was just all and all very dead and dull and I literally wanted to go somewhere else but when i saw the time i thought let it be and have some food and all be fine so when i tried to order i saw there roasted chicken in the menu they show the WHOLE ROASTED CHICKEN so i was under the impression they will serve a whole chicken as seen in picture but no to my surprise i rcvd my order after 15 minutes it was just a leg piece and the breast so this was quite misleading they should atleast written over on menu clearly anyway I didnβt like the taste of chicken but thats not enough here
All the staff didnβt take care they put the plates and cutlery on my tables and vanished means they didnβt even properly served no hospitality no care for the guest i had to do all on my own thats fine but then whats the point to visit in five star hotel when we cant get all the desired services if that is the case anyone can have food in any street side shop

Less option in food ( they claim to be multi cuisine) but no they have very limited and super expensive which i dont think deserve it
I would like to add more i met i guess manager mr ajay he was courteous to me and gave free pizza i mean thats very nice from him but to be honest my intention was not to claim free food i am hapy to pay amount but it should worth it
Even at the end i had to wait 15 min literally for the cheque and i had to go personally to counter for pay
I mean this is not a five star hotel if this happens with customer
I will never visit and not recommend there are many other nice place over lodhi elan for your best experience

β β β β β I had visited this place last month with my family. We had an amazing the time here. We reached here around 4 pm and decided to sit outside. The weather was amazing and having the cool breeze amongst some great live music. We tried the jhalmuri, palak patta chaat, chilli cheese toast alongwith veg pizza and veg spring rolls. It was worth every bite.
Kudos to the team for putting up such a great staff, amazing taste and impeccable presentation.

β β β β β Really courteous staff and apt service. Plenty of meal and drinks options and nothing is too expensive either. We preferred outdoor seating and it was a pleasant one. However, the day before we had booked a table over phone but when we reached there, the staff said they didn't have any reservations in our name. But they were quick enough to give us a table of our choice.

β β β β β Very bad service and ambiance. Gave us an absolutely terrible table, too loud. Wouldnβt recommend eating in. Preferably take out or delivery. Unprofessional staff.

β β β β β Lodhi Hotel in itself is a brand and Elan used to be nice coffee shop but over the period of time as hyped created quality of service has gone below the average and special mention to the staff and manager who stands at the entry of the Elan they need to be more courteous and polite and respect their customer whoever is walk-in.

β β β β β >The Entry itself defined the sense of Luxury, welcome gesture was very good of each n every person from Entry to Exit.
>So now let's talk about the inside Lodhi, the entry had two Christmas tree one decorated with Red light n the other with warm light under it with some presents.
>The ambiance was pretty good with all the way decorated with Christmas theme.
>Now Elan restaurant it had 2 sitting options of Indoor n Outdoor. The ambiance was decent as to the well mannered staff.
Talking about the food we ordered
γVegitable Spring Rolls it was a bit different from regular spring rolls as it contained chopped Mushrooms, it tastes good but not tasty lacked some flavors, but it was Not Oily that was the best part of it.
γNext ordered Mojito(Rum based) it was good enough but it was to expensive.
γNext we ordered North Indian main course food Daal Makhani it tasted pretty good but again bread were not at all good.
Onion Kulcha was so thick without stuffing n bland in taste, Garlic Naan was ok n tandoori roti was edible only.
The ambiance was decent but the price for the food n beverages was to expensive considering the food tastes.
Overall it was good.
