Home as outside the city yet close to the city, right on national highway, back up for electricity, good security from entry point of view so it can managed by the gaurds easily in terms of any mishap. People are now constructing their houses here so in next 5 years it will be big hit in terms of residential society. Again club house is small considering the population they need to cater in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What to tell you about the poor and greedy managemnet of Eldeco.
- They are charging exuberant Rs. 6.5 Per Square for the maintenance of Roads and Parks , but half the roads are not in good condition and needs repair. Even if you enter in the Eldeco the entry road is not in good condition and needs a repair
- If you call anybody at home for maintaince the employees especially the Plumber on duty are so Greedy that they always tell that its not in the part of eldeco and makes there way to charge extra money from the pockets of residents besides giving so much maintaince
- The park Area outside the houses are roles and responsibility of Eldeco, but they dont care about the maintence of the said area and just leave it unattended and nobody bothers in the company from Sharma to RK singh
- They are charging 5000 additional just to go to the club which is a part of the township, when you are paying so much for the maintenance why you should pay extra for going to club when in other townships or even in cities like Delhi and Gurgaon its included in the price
- The Road going outside from eldeco to GT Road is very small and as people are coming from wrong directions always, anytime the accidents can happen and anybody can lost his or her life. but the management is administration is not giving any attention to the same
What will happen when Harmony homes will start and around 500 New Cars will add there commute from the same road, It will result in traffic jam and loss of life is the road is not widened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eldeco estate one is locte in Panipat near babarpur Mandi. The environment of here is amazing. Greenery is all over in this area. Parks facility , water facility, security services, swings all are available here. This is the best place in haryana to live. Temole is also there in the eldeco. There are villas and flats as well. Rent facility is also available. School is also there. People are very friendly of here. Peace is over here in this place. Grocery shop, stationary shop is also available.
