★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been given with worst service from book my nanny, had paid my registration fee for 3months agreement and they had arranged a Nanny initially but unfortunately that lady met with an accident and died on spot, so immediately they had arranged a another lady. This nanny was not punctual, was not coming on time daily, and within a month had taken 5 leaves and its all unplanned leaves. also was asking money every week. I didn't get a single call from this agency after this nanny started coming to my home, not even a single call to take feedback of this nanny. after 5 unplanned leaves, I was fed-up and asked this agency to stop my service and clear out my registration fee. But they didn't talk in a professional way and talked very rudely. felt very bad with this service. please don't go with their services. They are not managing well. Mainly they are not professional. These nanny's are not trained also. They just take nanny's phone numbers and send them to houses. they don't have face to face contact also. Please don't be fool to take services from book my nanny agency.

We got to know of this service through Google search.
First person they sent was inexperienced, didn't know how to hold a baby and she had no interest in learning as well. After 2 weeks we asked for a replacement. And asked for someone experienced.
The second person was able to look after my child well but then one day she acted very strange and said she needs to go to her daughter's house without any explanation. I tried contacting the agency to understand what went wrong. But they were unhelpful. And said how can you let her go like that!! I can't keep someone against their will, if she said she has to go I can't stop her!
The nanny came back the next day still didn't explain what went wrong. And hence I again asked the agency what the issue was but got no response.
Two months after this insident she went on her monthly leave. Once she came back she seemed very tired. We just assumed she had travelled so must have been tired.
Thankfully both my husband and I were working from home for what happened next was extremely scary.
We heard my kid crying. When we went out to check the nanny had passout and was unable to wake up. *She was intoxicated.* So after this obviously we contacted the agency. After explaining the situation the person on the other end gave another number of the owner. She didn't pick up. We dropped messages, whatsapp. Tried calling the other number again but no answer.
Finally we called the nanny's daughter and asked her to come pick her up.
Post this for a week we tried reaching the owner but she didn't pick up the call. Then we finally called from a different number and guess what she picked up.
All we wanted was to tell her was that this person has a substance abuse problem and she should not be looking after a baby. But we didn't get the confidence that they would do anything about it hence posting on Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with book my nanny. Please avoid them. Took agency fee of 11k while signing the contract. Nanny came for a month & is absconding for 2 weeks now. No replacement given. Don't go with this agency.

We have taken 6 month service from this agency with with no proper people replacement.
1. They don’t do proper background verification.
2. They don’t have control over any of these caretakers.
3. We can not trust any one sent from this agency - they will start collect many item
From them home and keep in their bags ( theft)
4. They always ask for leave in every week and they will not come back.
5. They don’t have any proper replacement.
6. They will start to create issue after a week - they will say” I want to leave, can’t stay here”
7. Every one will be always in mobile.
Don’t prefer this agency.

Once they get the money they treat you like dirt and absolute no response and disrespect. They want you to hire the person they show and are forced to try out them with no background verification. When you say the person is unable to do the basic nanny work the bookmynanny agents scream at you on phone and say you have to adjust.
Pls stay away from this place and save your money and time.
Rajeshwari, the owner i hope you read this and make some changes. Trust me folks pls pls stay away from this pathetic agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional services. No way are the nannies trained on anything.. not even regd basic decency/ behavior. They do not run any background checks, nor take or update the nannies' proper addresses. They literally will send any random person who has no business looking after anybody's child.. they do not send replacements and make it drag for the whole contract period without providing a proper replacement. Be very careful of their assurances and contracts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 1 star because i cant give 0 or negative here. This is the most pathetic nanny service provider.
The so called contact person in Bangalore, followed up continuously before registration. She messaged us for payment continuously even before we confirmed on Nanny. After the payment was done they dint respond to any of our requests. They dont even care if you call and say you want a replacement. They will not take feedback about the Nanny, nor there is any corrective measure in their system.
Now coming to the Nanny. We chose 3 people to interview when they initially showed us few profiles. To our surprise the Book My Nanny agent bought home some other nanny whom we had not even shortlisted. Since we needed a nanny urgently we spoke to her and agreed for trial. Even after 2 weeks my baby was not comfortable being with Nanny. sa-rooja was not interested in taking care of the baby, rather just interested in getting more money or even other things. She was very rude when we told her that you should only worry about taking care of baby and not in other matters. Very nosy and intrusive lady. After 40 days of tolerating her & taking more burden of explaining everything every day, i called for replacement. They dint bother to know why. They dint provide any replacement even after following up continuously.
This nanny service was of no help rather trouble & waste of time & money. They only want your booking fees. Once done they dont care.
