β β β β β One of the worst seller I have seen in my life. Sales person don't care whether you are a customer and want to buy an product.
Don't stay on commitments for the price they told to me for first time, initially they told me Rs6500 for ARC200 including tax and within couple of hours they asked me to pay Rs8000 excluding tax when I decided to purchase it.
When asked why, they started behaving very rude and asked me to get out from the sales center! It was a shocking experience.
DON'T EVER VISIT THEM TO BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND GET INSULTED BY THE SALES STAFF.

β β β β β Company of thieves. Bought welding machine on 22 sep 2020. The machine never ran well. I had to take the machine several times to their store at GB road.Last time I gave the machine on 11 Aug 2021 and we are following up regularly till date but got no update. They will always give you a number of some Goswami who never reply properly. The machine is with them till date without any update how many years they will take to repair. Never buy any machine from them.

β β β β β I had purchased this company welding machine. during machine warranty, due to some fault machine card had Short circuit. when I try to call these people, these were not responding first, saying call this person and this person phone number, when i call those person no one answer. on the other hand when i had call directly to there owner phone number they are saying we do not provide warranty for card, you must pay extra charge. than which machine part warranty provide by company, only machine cover. The company employer and employees are fraud, because they does not provide good service for their product. do not buy any machine product from them. Because their motive is only sale the product. after sale when warranty time come they are making excuse.
