★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Electra only exclusive showroom , I asked for the price of a 250 Ampere mig welding machine and they over quoted it by three thousand rupees more than other dealers . They quoted 38000rs while same model 250 amp mig welding machine of Electra make was available for 35000rupees at other dealers. The showroom is neat and clean and had about 15 people work force and the two sales person came to attend me , one kept leaving in middle of conversations and other was just standing and picking up conversation when the other sales person kept leaving occasionally , they didn't seems excited much about telling about the functionality of their product. So I may not visit here again bcoz why would I spend a freaking 3k more here when I can get better price elsewhere for same machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased this company welding machine. during machine warranty, due to some fault machine card had Short circuit. when I try to call these people, these were not responding first, saying call this person and this person phone number, when i call those person no one answer. on the other hand when i had call directly to there owner phone number they are saying we do not provide warranty for card, you must pay extra charge. than which machine part warranty provide by company, only machine cover. The company employer and employes are fraud, because they does not provide good service for their product. do not buy any machine product from them. Because their motive is only sale the product. after sale when warranty time come they are making excuse.
