★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RAO and Finance officer always engaging in Mobile. NBPDCL Saharsa is billings excess amount against consumed units as the instance is Rs. 10.65 paise per unit. I was gone there to finance Officer but I was waiting upto 3-4 hours but nobody was permit to enter their office and I was watching them from their gate and saw that all was engaging with Mobile. So I experienced and noticed that Officer was not appropriate to that job. Thank you
