PANKAJ SHARMA SDO VII was unpolite and rather understanding the customers problem he was making them to acknowledge that there grievances are untrue and his officer whose room is just opposite to his room that is room no .5 is also of the same category.
I would acknowledge mr. verma SDO who resolved my problem without any argument.
I would further report this grievance to the cm office and other higher authorities.
