They have the worst customer care facility available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad....too much power cuts and also low voltage. They dont know anything about that how many people increases the power load who were using ac's at home. An inspection team should have a check on this matter .Its your duty not yours. Do your duty properly and improve your services .
