★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Functioning of electricity department is the worst in Cuncolim. Today afternoon there was no electricity for 3.5 hrs. Imagine living in this age without electricity. Besides, there is also no contact number to place a complaint. 3 days ago there was a little shower in the night and entire night the current would go on and off. Pathetic ....
