No rule regulations.
Not providing good voltage electric current in Ayodhapuri gali no 2. Never seen any electrican who has came for voltage fluctuation repairment in the area.
Many people in the area unlawfully taking electricity using so called toka system.
Worse electric condition of siwan.
I only urge to siwan electricity department for repairment of electricity fluctuation in ayodhapuri or other colonies in siwan wherever the voltage fluctuation problem exits.And made electricity connection better.
