★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My driver Raju bought two items yesterday evening, rates were good but sorry to say that customer care is very bad, looks like you have come to a government ration depot of old times.
The payment didn’t go through in the first go because some time was lost to enter the password in EDC machine. They were in a hurry to close the shutters, so instead of trying once more, told him to come tomorrow for the payment.
We went again today to make the payment, no one had the clue about the payment and made wrong invoice whereas the details were provided yesterday, they took 35 minutes for just a payment, couldn’t provide the invoice as asked for. We were sweating due to heat as they don’t have AC. Had to go third time to collect the invoice.
Very poor coordination and service
