i never recommend this place to buy your electronics item because their service are so poor.
on 11 August 2020 i purchased a refrigerator, as per their promise i received the product same day but later i saw that they delivered me a dented product at high price.
i bought it because of my years of relationship with electronic paradise but now they started cheating me.
i requested fir the replacement and after hours of discussions they agreed to replace my refrigerator.
but again they took 2days for the replacement and i'm sitting at my home only to receive the product because no one is at my home.
i absent from my work for 3days only because of their delay in service.
still im waiting for the product. They doesn't care for your loss .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost of wrost place to buy products. They gave me wrong product without checking. Which i returned it on very next day. They said within 2 or three days they return the amount. But they are still not returned the amount. Now its been 10 days i m still waiting for my money back. But they are giving excuses.
