★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is rude and try to intentionally frustrate you so that you stop following up on the things that were promised to u. Either they lie to make the sale or have no knowledge of company policies and have no intention help you afterwards. I purchased a washing machine of bosch as earlier I on promise of reward vouchers worth 3000 provided I message the company within 30 days as told to me by their sales man and store manager. After 9 days of purchase I send the message to the company and I got the response that scheme has been closed. I reach out to the store on the same day they take my details and tell me to call the shop next day and the issue will be resolved. I call next day they tell me it's Sunday and I should not be calling on Sunday. On Monday they cut my phone again and again without responding after listening to my case. On Tuesday they pick the phone but tell me the concerned person is not available. I will receive a call back next day obviously I do not receive any call back.on Thursday I call again the receptionist listens to my issue and after telling that he is forwarding the call cuts the phone again. When I call again demand a conversation with manager the manager finally told me the scheme was available till 10 of November only. Despite I had a conversation at the time of purchase regarding the scheme with him only and he did not tell anything about this condition and was told to message in 30 days from purchase which was on. The purchase was on 6th of November and delivery was on 8 th of November. He clearly told me nothing can be done and he won't help me in any manner. He told me to come to the store next day and talk with salesman whose name appears on Bill. When I ask him if the salesman will be there on Saturday as it's difficult for me to come on weekday. He tells me though he is manager how can he have any idea which employee is required and which is not. Strange. Most likely they are trying to delay the things ao that they lateron delay to me only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service i wasted 10,000 on microwave which i baught from them and they sold me display piece and even inside the cartoon I don’t get user manual and warrant Card. And i baught glass bowl for rupees 1,000 and after the first use they got cracked worst behaviour and worst service. They talked very rudely to me . I never recommend anyone to buy anything from them. I want revert back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me AC which did not start on the first day after which it was replaced twice and still it starts creating problems. It has already gone under two repairs within 2 months of purchase. They sell faulty or rejected items.

And baught glass bowl from them worth 1000/- 1st time that was cracked and 2nd time replace it it was get cracked after 1st use of microvave. And they take rating from my phone at time of purchase. I said them i will rate after two days of product use but they take my phone and rate to them 5 star.
I never suggest anyone to buy from them.
