★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional behaviour of the staff and felt cheated by ampere motors, within 18 months of purchase complete battery set failed, motor lost power and needed to replace motor.
Don't buy battery powered scooters yet, technology is not matured enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service centre is expensive and would levy multiple Charges by threatening that the bike needs repair/service etc.. Since there are very few electric bike repairers. But service is good and prompt.
But this habit of minting money and levying multiple charges is of all service centres..
They also sell electric bikes. Around 20+ employees work here.. The owner is a good person to talk and kind hearted.
Would advise them to focus on volumes rather than strategizing to earn more from each customer
