★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Injection moulding machine of this company. I used electronica plactis machine since 2017. It was working fabulously and I never found any types of issues in this machine. Now I still continuously working 24*7 with this machine. Electronica plastic machines Ltd. Best machine provider in India. I hope in future this company is being best in world. I will continuously work in future with this company only.

Machines quality is below the average mark. need to improve them drastically. Playing their cards in low class market.not at all better machines for technical application.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the worst quality injection moulding machinery ever. We have purchased 4 injection moulding machinery (100T Venture) and cancelled the pending order for another 2 machines. Also EPM has the worst customer support system, it feels like their duty is to only sell their cheap quality products to the consumers and vanish after that. The government agencies work more efficiently then EPM. Our newly bought machines have a lot of malfunctions yet there is no support from them and also every authorised person is swinging our queries from one person to another.
Our personal suggestion is to avoid purchasing any machinery or equipments from them and consider other companies for the same.
We wish to give the rating in negative but 1 star is the least we could give.
Sincere request to everyone to avoid EPM at all costs.
Worst quality product.
Worst support staff.
Pathetic after sale service.

They only focus on sale not on service.
If have any service related issue they take their time to solve. Two month after purchase, problems started.
same issue repeated even after parts was chaged. Not able resolved another issue from last three month. Even they dont have enough service staff in gujarat.
if you want only machine without service support you can buy.
