β β β β β We had bought 1 KVA / 12 V Solar MPPT PCU of Electrower with serial number ETPLBA07MPP2764 from M/s Technico Electronics, Kanpur vide Invoice No. 508 dt. 23.09.21 and installed it at home of our relative Mr. Vikas Gupta.
It has been 9 months since installation of said PCU and our relative/client is fed up of complaints in this PCU. service engineer Sushil is also fed up of servicing this PCU. All PCB cards have been replaced twice and body has been replaced once of said PCU. Again there is fault in this PCU.
The client is frustrated and has refused to keep your company's product. He is forcing me to return this PCU and get any other brand for him. I discussed this matter with your dealer, they tried to suggest alternatives not acceptable to client. After a few days they have stopped taking my calls. I have returned the PCU and the company is a fraud. Don't buy anything from them.

β β β β β Worst product and service, Purchased 128 batteries for NHAI, none of the batteries are providing backup. Neither there inverters are capable of charging the batteries. None of the employees are providing support. Do not go for electrower at any cost. Better go to UTL
