★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, They don't know how to deal with customer, gave my clothes for stiching before Diwali, I went to them for modification after festival, I told the owner (Preeti Banodh) some issues are in clothes she asked me what then I told her clearly that my trouser is not according to measurement after wearing that I am unable to sit on floor then suddenly she & tailor(male) told me you should not wear the pant if you want to sit on floor you should wear pyzama the way she told I felt very bad.
Then she ask to leave the clothes I gave her after 3days she has only returned the clothes without any changes she has wasted 2 sets of suits.
Behaviour of owner and staff is not at all good with customers they must have some attitude problem they only value for money not customers.
I will suggest ladies don't go to this shop for stiching, if we are paying money you should go to shop where customers are important for them.
