★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Elegance salon on saturday for facial and waxing services. I wanted to opt for fruit facial but the lady incharge told that they dont have that option. She recommended some other types of facial from cheryls. I repeatedly asked her if any of these facials will cause any side effects since my skin is prone to acne and she said no. I trusted her judgement and went ahead with the facial suggested by her.
During the facial, it looked like she was in hurry to complete her task and not focus on details. After steam , she didnt remove any blackheads / whiteheads plus the massage wasnt upto the mark. Next day after the facial my ears had become red and i had constant itching there. I thought maybe its due to heat and humidity and didnt pay any attention. However, as the day progressed my face started to swell up and entire face and chest had rashes with skin turned red. My area around my eyes had swollen up too.
On consultation with dermatologist, the conclusion was that facial had certain chemicals which caused irritation to my skin and hence the rashes. I conveyed the same to the salon lady who did my facial but she refused to accept and said that its not because of their facial product.
When i asked her which facial product she used she mentioned Cheryls Glovite. Quick search on google says this product isnt to be used for sensitive and acne prone skin.
Guess, the staff at the salon doesnt care much about customers and not once she listened to what i was saying. Very pathetic service and attitude. Poor service.
I would advice anyone who cares about their skin / hair to not visit this salon since the product used here are not upto the mark / the staff here isnt knowledgable enough to decide best product based on customers requirements.

I was not happy with my facial...!! Money doesn't go with kind of service..!!
Products used are best but inappropriate facial massage doesn't give it's results.
Hope U understand wat I mean..!!

Service is good.
They don't take appointment seriously.
If they find big fish(customer), they won't care about your service.
One of the lady Argued like they have customer from USA so appointment is rescheduled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of this saloon is very rude..they don't evnn smile with their customers they work like someone s forcing them to do..I hv visited this saloon three times when I took an appointment for haircut when I went there on the fix time they were wondering nd not sure about my appointment nd then they said I hv to wait 20 mins more once i went there for waxing nd the girl who was waxing was so rude in behaviour. She was like I won't repeat waxing if any hair is leftover...so according to me it's not good I did not find it good at all worst salon I hv evr visit..there are many more salons ..go for another salons guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff, they don’t care about the (not so looking rich) customers as per my experience. It’s like kaam khatam aur niklo vibes! I would suggest the salon to focus on their services first. Also the 2 star rating is only for the haircut which i like the way it look but cut it too short :’)
