★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elephants is one of the highly well experience one I got a very good service a well good result about my hairs n my face they made grid me with highly respected service n with certain discount but after bathe work they completed I never felt to take discount feel to pay extra for the service I got plz visit to elegants for best results n service life time contract I have tide up with them????

One should not charge anything just because place is situated in hotel.
There are many other option in the radius of 500 meter..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the appointment one day prior and when i reached the masseur was not available. Receptionist told me he will come in 14 to 20 min and he reached after 1 hour.
Masseur came in spa room on same cloths what he was wearing when he came from outside. When i asked him he said i give massage on same cloths only (he was wearing jeans, t-shirt and sports shoes)
In spa never heard the song like badriki dulahniya and tamma tamma loge....
In spa room washrooms are shared within two rooms and i was getting the sound, someone was taking the bath in same bathroom which was connected to my spa room.
There was no soap or hair shampoo in d washroom.

Your spa is good but needs more systematic . You'll add water in the shower gels in order to prolong the consumption. You need to keep faith on the Customers and take payment after the massage and not before . Most of the spas never take the payment before . Pls take this feedback positively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Past 1 year i had a back spasms/Pain. It was horrible day by day. Many medication and exercise i did, but no result. Simply one day i walk up to Elegant spa, it's too close to my home, i took massage and the person was able to find the reason m exact spot of my pain, he did usual or some special massage on it, and trust me now it's gone. Totally fine now.

I booked a spa coupon from nearbuy for 2800 traveled for more than an hour and now these guys say that the service is not available at the given price and I have to pay more.
They are clueless of what their prices are on various portals. I was expecting that they will adjust the price as I had already booked and traveled so far but sadly I was told that I would be returned the money.
I have been caused discomfort for to your miscommunication and this is how you compensate. Ridiculous. Definitely not coming here ever!
