★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m not sure if they deserve one star as well. Worst lift. Manufacturer....I reside in New construction building past 2 years and guess what they have lift from Elemac. Worst deal ever. It's five floor building...lift started showing it's true color from day 1 and it has been trend. There is no month or I should rather say week where in there is no issue with lift. Many complaints yet no result..they will send a guy who will do temporary repair and assuring residents..that this is FIXED..my foot....a**h**/e
In this 2 years.....issue began on 3rd floor for first few months and then 4th floor and after that 5th floor...
2nd and 1st floor people are habituated to use stairs.as it much more easier with small distance hoehowe Except few who are aged....finally they came conclusion that it's the people of building who don't know how to use lift... Seriously dude...
Do u even test ur product arter manufactur...I guess not.....@Elemac. Hope u get all blessings that people of this building are hoping for.....

I also observe their cost much less than other companies in this field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give my experience about the lift which was installed 5 years ago at my home and it is still working fine.. According to me, life expectancy of any lift is decided by the way it is used.. We took utmost care which was instructed and never had any problem.... I would say go for it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updating my review after 4 years of experience... No major issues till date.. There have been problems once or twice but I think it was because of misuse of lift only by my neighbors I believe. Quick response and fast resolution of problem.. Very underrated company... I hope they get the fame they deserve..
