★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helios watch center is the biggest attraction here. It's a sprawling building in 3rd block Jayanagar. Ample public parking spaces available. Once this locality was known for the massive sprawling home bunglows around. Today 90% of them are converted into commercial spaces!! A reality in most parts of Bangalore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The glass concrete jungle is surprisingly beautiful at night. It's some 13 storied buildings most them are aquired by Accenture and the D block is aquired by some companies like byju's, alten, swiggy, netapps, etc... Lift is always conjusted as stairs where used less... Environment is moderately good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly maintained business park.. roads inside is torn off. One rain and you will feel like you are in the middle of some drainage. I work in the night shift and there is barely any option for food.. for good breakfast I have to go all the way to jayanagar and traffic is pathetic...

It is surrounded by many amazing and iconic towers which makes this tower worth even more what it should be
This park consists of 4 towers namely A, B, C & D
Tower A & B are occupied by Accenture which we can expect with such a big MNC
Tower C & D are occupied by many different companies on each floor. Mostly BYJU'S occupied these two towers as no other one
There are many other insurance companies, engineering services company and bike company namely Ather bikes has its own head office in this park
It also got an canteen on 5 floor and even at 1 floor
Very beautiful view from all the floors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good office center but they have a real actual problem with elevators. There are obvious lack of them so you easily can spend 10 minutes to get to your floor or even more. I liked views from patios.
